Frequently asked questions

  • How long does it take for my products to be made and delivered?
    Production and delivery time varies depending on the item(s) ordered and your location. UK deliveries are between 3 to 5 working days and International deliveries are from 3 to 16 working days based on your location and your selected courier service.
  • How much is shipping?
    UK deliveries are FREE. Deliveries. International shipping charges are based on a flat rate cost which is automatically calculated during the checkout process once the delivery destination country has been selected.
  • How can I track my order?
    Tracking details will be included in your order confirmation email (registered customers will also be able to locate these details from within their account area once despatch has been confirmed) and it will show how your order is progressing.
  • Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?
    Yes. It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as we use a secure courier who requires a signature as proof of receipt.
  • My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?
    If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our customer support team with your order details. They will investigate the issue and provide you with an update on the status of your order.
  • How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
    If you need to change the shipping address for your order and it hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can update the shipping address directly by logging into your account or please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. They will assist you in updating the shipping details for your order providing it’s not too late for us to make these changes..
  • How can I check the progress of my placed order?
    To check the progress of your placed order, log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order Status' section. There, you will find real-time updates on the status of your order, from processing to shipping and delivery.
  • How do I return my purchase?
    If you decide to return something and written notification is received from you, we will be delighted to offer an exchange to the value of the goods (less the delivery charge) up to 14 days from the date you received your goods. Once the 14 days period has passed, we have the right to refuse returns of any unwanted items. Items must be unused, in a perfect resalable condition and accompanied by a valid order reference.
  • What are the shipping charges for returns?
    UK returns are FREE. For International returns, the shipping charges are covered by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our end or a defective product. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance regarding return shipping charges.
  • I need to return an item(s), but I don’t have the original packaging. How can you help?
    Returns should be wrapped securely using the same packaging they were received in, or in appropriate packaging to ensure the goods arrive with us in their original condition. The order reference should be clearly displayed on the exterior label. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.
